The information within our archives is provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind. In no circumstances shall Moniker Projects be liable for any consequential, incidental or direct damages suffered in the course of the user using the information provided. Uses of the information contained in these archives are governed by their respective license agreements and may contain restrictions on use.

Deposits
To reserve an artwork, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total value is required. The artwork will be removed from sale, allowing the buyer 7 days to complete the transaction. After this period, the deposit will be held on account as credit towards your next purchase and the artwork re-released for sale.
Payment & Refunds
All payments are taken in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). We do not accept any other currency unless otherwise agreed upon.
Moniker Projects reserves the right to not sell an item to an individual or group at any given time. In such instances, a full refund will be given.
Moniker Projects reserves the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us within 24 hours of taking receipt.
VAT
Sales of secondary market artwork operate on the margin scheme. Full details on how this scheme works can be found here. Moniker Projects cannot refund VAT for goods sold outside of the EU if sold through the margin scheme.
Shipping & Delivery
All artworks are shipped on a guaranteed priority service. The service and courier used may vary depending on size, value and location. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, although most shipping times will be less than 7 working days.
In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of taking receipt. All items are insured in transit to cover damage, loss or no-delivery. Once the delivery has been signed for it is no longer insured by Moniker Projects and is the sole responsibility of the client. Please thoroughly check all deliveries on arrival. All our artwork is photographed prior to shipping to avoid dispute.
Options for returns includes: replacing damaged work where possible, a credit towards another purchase or a refund in full.
