Art on a Postcard is back with the highly anticipated ninth edition of its winter auction. This year’s extraordinary collection boasts a remarkable line-up of nearly 600 works selected by six guest curators and aims to raise funds for The Hepatitis C Trust’s vital unfunded helpline, a vital resource for the many thousands of people who received infected blood or blood products.
Moniker Projects’ Frankie Shea was thrilled to contribute as a guest curator, inviting artists Jon Burgerman, Faith XLVII, Pam Glew, Hugo Farmer, Matt Small, Labrona, Jo Peel, Fa Razavi, Remi Rough, Ged Wells, Mark McClure, Oscar Eagle, Nick Walker, 10FOOT, TOX, Sickboy, Lucas Price, Clay Arlington, Benjamin Portanier, Luke Chueh and Carl Cashman to generously produce works as part of the charity auction hosted by Dreweatts.
“This year’s auction is the most diverse and interesting we have produced. The curators have each brought their own unique perspective, all coming from very different backgrounds. The result is easily the best show we’ve ever put on. Hosting the private view at Gathering is the crowning stroke.”
